A foundational journey into energy, presence and self-healing
Our Reiki Level 1 training is an invitation to reconnect with your innate ability to work with energy - for yourself first and then for others. Co-facilitated by Rachel and Hela, this training blends ancient wisdom with modern understanding, ceremony with science and deep embodiment with practical learning.

Our training is delivered through a carefully held combination of live online learning and a full-day in-person immersion in Auckland, allowing you to integrate Reiki not just as a modality, but as a way of being.
​
Online sessions explore the history of Reiki, the science and principles of energy and chakra foundations, while our in-person immersion is devoted to embodiment and initiation - including energy protection, restorative yoga, breathwork, ceremonial cacao, Reiki attunement, guided practice and spacious integration.

This is a gentle yet powerful initiation for those feeling called to begin their Reiki journey.

The Training Experience
How our Reiki Level 1 training unfolds across online learning and in-person immersion
LEARNINGS +
HISTORY
Live online sessions that lay the foundations of Reiki. Together we explore the history of Reiki, Chakra 101, and the science and principles of energy - giving you both context and understanding before we meet
in person.
CEREMONY + EMBODIMENT
We gather for a full-day in-person immersion in Auckland, where we focus on embodiment and energetic integrity. This day includes energy protection practices, restorative yoga, breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and coming together in circle.
ATTUNEMENT + PRACTICE
During our in-person immersion, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement. From here, we move into hands-on learning - pairing up to practice Reiki in a supported, guided environment so you leave feeling confident and connected.

Meet Your Facilitators
We met during our Reiki Master training and connected instantly - kindred spirits with a shared devotion to deep healing, gentle presence and nervous system regulation. We met during our Reiki Master training and continued through to complete our Reiki Master Teacher training together.

Between us, we bring experience across a range of healing and embodiment modalities, including somatics, breathwork, yoga, energy work, coaching and meditation. These threads inform how we teach Reiki - grounding the practice in both lived experience and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.
What guides our work, and the way we hold this training, is the belief that true learning and healing happen when people feel safe, seen, and supported. When the nervous system is resourced, the energy can move and Reiki becomes something embodied, not just understood.

This Reiki Level 1 training is another of our co-creations: a carefully held initiation shaped by our shared values, lived practice and reverence for this work. We would be honoured to guide you through this foundational step in your Reiki journey.
