Step into a space held with care and intention, where I provide personalised, holistic treatments - from Reiki and holistic massage to grounding Reiki sessions and women’s circles - designed to meet you exactly where you are.
My Reiki practice supports women who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or living with a constantly busy nervous system. Sessions are designed to help the body shift out of stress and into rest, allowing calm, clarity and a sense of inner safety to return naturally. Reiki is offered here as a gentle, grounded form of energy healing - no fixing, no forcing, just space to soften, settle, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and real.

First time having reiki done but I felt very comfortable and safe within Rachel’s hands. She has created such a peaceful magical space. I felt calm as soon as I walked through the door, then she went through a few things before getting started I hadn’t mentioned anything I had been feeling prior as I felt very open and safe with her.
