First time having reiki done but I felt very comfortable and safe within Rachel’s hands. She has created such a peaceful magical space. I felt calm as soon as I walked through the door, then she went through a few things before getting started I hadn’t mentioned anything I had been feeling prior as I felt very open and safe with her. I had been feeling very heavy, unbalanced and anxious and left feeling the complete opposite. She has a warmth about her and I could feel that throughout the session. Still so amazed with the experience and the different sensations that I felt throughout. Thanks so much Rachel, looking forward to seeing you again
