Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with us. To ensure we can provide the highest quality training and support, please read and agree to the following booking terms before securing your place. Securing Your Place Your place in the training is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Our trainings are intentionally kept small. Once payment is received, your place is reserved exclusively for you and preparation for your training begins. Cancellation & Refund Policy We deeply value the commitment made between teacher and student when a training place is reserved. As a result, all payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, or withdrawal from the training after booking. Because places are limited, a cancelled space is often unable to be filled at short notice, and significant preparation has already taken place on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding that payment remains due regardless of whether you choose to attend. If You Are Unwell Your wellbeing is important to us, and we understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. If you become unwell and are unable to attend, your training investment will not be lost. Wherever possible, we will work with you to complete your Reiki training through alternative arrangements, which may include: • A private one-to-one training session • Transfer to a future training date (where available) • Another appropriate arrangement agreed upon by both trainer and student Online Training Components Some Reiki trainings include live Zoom sessions that form an important part of the learning experience. If you are unable to attend a live Zoom session, you must notify us before the session takes place. A recording can then be provided so you can complete the required learning before attending the in-person training day. Our Commitment We are committed to supporting every student through their Reiki journey and will always do our best to accommodate genuine circumstances where possible. In return, we ask that students honour their commitment when reserving a training place. By making payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
