Each offering is designed to support your nervous system, energy, and body through intentional rest, presence, and care. Whether you are arriving for a one-on-one healing ceremony, grounding reiki, holistic relaxation massage, or a women’s circle, you are welcomed exactly as you are.

This is a space for slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and creating space for healing, regulation, and clarity. The work here is not rushed or prescriptive - it is guided by intuition, lived experience and a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom.

The Raeki Room exists to hold you through moments of rest, release, and remembrance - offering support that meets you where you are and honours where you are going.

Grounding Reiki Healing

This session offers a gentle, supportive entry point into energy healing and nervous system regulation. Grounding Reiki is a shorter, focused session designed to help you settle, reset, and reconnect to your body.

1:1 Healing Ceremony

90mins

This is a deeply held, intuitive healing experience that weaves together reiki, guided meditation, sound healing, shamanic techniques and intuitive guidance.

Distance Reiki

60mins

This session offers supportive energy healing and nervous system regulation, supported by a guided meditation. The takes place remotely, allowing you to receive the healing from the comfort of your own home.

Reiki Infused Massage

80mins

This is a deeply relaxing, intuitive session where holistic massage and reiki are woven together in a gentle, continuous flow. Through touch, energy work, and presence, the body is supported to soften, release tension, and settle into rest.
