This session offers a gentle, supportive entry point into energy healing and nervous system regulation. Grounding Reiki is a shorter, focused session designed to help you settle, reset, and reconnect to your body. Through reiki energy, intuitive support, and grounding techniques, this session supports emotional balance, stress relief, and a sense of calm presence. This offering is ideal if you’re: feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or dysregulated needing gentle energetic support between deeper sessions wanting a more accessible healing option new to energy work and curious to begin slowly While this session does not include the full ceremonial container of the Healing Ceremony, it is held with the same care, intention, and presence - allowing you to leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more resourced.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy I’m so grateful for your booking and can’t wait to welcome you! Please note: full payment is required at the time of booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit applies if you need to cancel. This helps me manage my time, care for my boys, and prepare everything behind the scenes to make your experience special. Rescheduling is always possible at no extra charge if done at least 48 hours before your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, I’m unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as your appointment time is reserved just for you.
