A sacred space to soften and reconnect.

These deeply nourishing circles are an invitation to slow down, to rest fully,
feel deeply, and be held in the loving presence of like-hearted women.

Together, we co-create a space of healing, embodiment, and remembrance.
Each circle is intuitively guided and gently layered with practices that open the heart and calm the nervous system.

Sound Bath + Oracle Card Guidance

We begin the day with a brief connection circle. Mindfully crafted to help you drop into the sacredness of the circle and connect to the joint energy.

The alter will be surrounded by oracle cards, should you wish to intuitively choose one and receive guidance/messages.

Restorative Yoga + Reiki

Hela will lead a Restorative Yoga practice (suitable for everyone). During this practoce both Rachel & Hela will be giving hands on reiki healings.

Guided Meditation + Sound bath

Rachel will lead you through a guided meditation designed to calm your nervous system and connect deeply with yourself. During this meditation group distance reiki will be given.

Shortly after the meditation Hela will begin with a sound bowl healing.

Meet Your Facilitators

We met during our Reiki Master training and connected instantly, kindred spirits with a shared love for deep healing, gentle presence and nervous system regulation.

Between us, we’ve explored a wide range of healing modalities, from somatics and breathwork to yoga, energy work, and meditation. All rooted in the intention of nourishing the mind, body and soul.

What brought us together and what continues to guide our work, is the belief that true healing happens when we feel safe, seen and supported - when we return to the wisdom of the heart.

These circles are our co-creation, a sacred offering born from our shared vision and devotion to this work. We would be honoured to welcome you into this space with us.
