There comes a point in the Reiki journey where the connection deepens.
Level II is where Reiki begins to move beyond self practice and into intuitive facilitation, energetic understanding, and practitioner work. This training is designed for those who feel called to strengthen their connection to Reiki, expand their confidence, and begin working with others in a deeper and more intentional way.

Over two nourishing in person days, we will guide you through the next stage of your Reiki path inside a supportive and grounded sisterhood space.

This training blends traditional Usui Reiki teachings with intuitive energetic work, embodiment practices, nervous system support, and practical guidance for stepping into practitioner work in a way that feels authentic to you.
During this Level II training, you will learn:

How to safely and confidently offer Distance Reiki

The meaning, use, and integration of the first three Reiki symbols

How to work with the symbols during sessions and self practice

How emotions can be stored within the body and organs

Ways to support emotional and energetic release through Reiki

How to weave chakra awareness into Reiki sessions

Practical foundations for working with Reiki clients

The basics of beginning a Reiki business or offering paid sessions

How to hold space with more confidence, clarity, and integrity

You will also receive your Reiki Level II attunement and certification, and be able to register with Reiki NZ
The Experience
This training is intentionally both experiential and practical, with guided hands on practice woven throughout the weekend so you leave feeling confident integrating Reiki Level II into both personal and practitioner settings.

We have intentionally created spaciousness throughout the weekend so there is time to both learn and receive.
The Space

Day One will be held upstairs in the beautiful Lotus Room at the Life Centre in Ponsonby.
BYO lunch on Day one, but herbal tea, cacao, and nourishing snacks will be available.

Day Two will be held in the beautiful Zeus Room at the Life Centre, with access to the surrounding garden area for grounding, connection, and integration throughout the day.
Lunch will be provided on Day Two, along with herbal tea, cacao, and nourishing snacks.​​

Who This Training Is For
​
This training is for students who have already completed Reiki Level I and are ready to deepen their Reiki practice and understanding. Our training is especially supportive for those who feel drawn to a more embodied, intimate, and retreat style approach to Reiki learning and practitioner development.

Whether you feel called to eventually work with clients professionally, support friends and family more deeply, or simply strengthen your own healing journey, Level II opens the door to a more profound relationship with Reiki energy.

Meet Your Facilitators
We met during our Reiki Master training and connected instantly - kindred spirits with a shared devotion to deep healing, gentle presence and nervous system regulation.
​
Between us, we bring experience across a range of healing and embodiment modalities, including somatics, breathwork, yoga, energy work, coaching and meditation. These threads inform how we teach Reiki - grounding the practice in both lived experience and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.
What guides our work, and the way we hold this training, is the belief that true learning and healing happen when people feel safe, seen, and supported. When the nervous system is resourced, the energy can move and Reiki becomes something embodied, not just understood.

This Reiki training is another of our co-creations: having two facilitators allows us to create a more intimate and supported experience, with extra guidance during practice, space for questions, and deeper one on one support throughout the weekend.
