Reiki Infused Holistic Massage
The massage portion focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, and scalp - targeting areas where tension and stress often accumulate. Reiki energy is interwoven throughout, supporting energetic balance, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. By moving fluidly between touch and energy work, the session creates a safe, held space for you to drop in and receive healing exactly where you are.
Each session concludes with a gentle integration period, including a card pull and a moment to enjoy herbal tea, grounding and honouring the work that has taken place. This ensures you leave feeling supported, restored, and connected to your body and inner guidance.
Reiki & Massage: 60 minutes
Integration period & herbal tea: 20 minutes
