A Women’s Circle for Heart-Opening & Inner Healing
A sacred space to soften, reconnect and come home to your heart.
These deeply nourishing circles are an invitation to pause, to breathe deeply,
feel fully, and be held in the loving presence of like-hearted women.
Together, we co-create a space of healing, connection and remembrance.
Each circle is intuitively guided and gently layered with practices that open the heart and calm the nervous system

Held in the calm sanctuary of The Life Centre - Heart-Space offers a gentle return to self, a space where all of you is welcome.

Saturday 26th July

Cacao, Sound Bath + Oracle Card Guidance
We begin the day with a heart-opening Cacao & Sound bowl Ceremony. Mindfully crafted to help you drop into the sacredness of the circle, connect to the joint energy and open up your heart with ease so that you may experience a deep and transformative healing.

The alter will be surrounded by oracle cards, should you wish to intuitively choose one and receive guidance from your spirit team.
Guided Meditation, Group Reiki + Hands on Healings
Rachel will lead you through a guided somatic healing meditation designed to calm your nervous system and open the heart.
​During this meditation group distance reiki & 1:1 hands on healings will be given.
We have kept group numbers small enough to ensure that we are able to get to everyone in a 1:1 capacity. ​
Gentle Breathwork
Hela will lead a gentle breath-work practice (suitable for everyone) designed to slow down the mind & body and help you to drop into your heart and into a state of calm.
​
During the breathwork group distance reiki will be flowing.
Meet Your Facilitators
We met during our Reiki Master training and connected instantly, kindred spirits with a shared love for deep healing, gentle presence and nervous system regulation.
​
Between us, we’ve explored a wide range of healing modalities, from somatics and breathwork to yoga, energy work, and meditation. All rooted in the intention of nourishing the mind, body and soul.
What brought us together and what continues to guide our work, is the belief that true healing happens when we feel safe, seen and supported - when we return to the wisdom of the heart.

Heart-Space is our co-creation, a sacred offering born from our shared vision and devotion to this work. We would be honoured to welcome you into this space with us.
